This is for a new white straw western cowboy hat. It has a black band on it with a feather.  This is a nice inexpensive hat to wear when you are showing or just for everyday. This is made by Western Express Co.  This is a OSFM style. Has special elastic band inside to make it adjust to size of head. This is a kids size. Other sizes colors and styles available in other listings.
