Vintage Fabric Art Quilt Top Folk Art Southwest Unfinished 1970’s 18”x 18”

Vintage Art Quilt made in the 1970’s. Scenic picture of mountains with a road going into the background and some houses in the foreground. The houses look like the style from New Mexico so it is in my opinion Southwest style. It is a really good example of one point perspective. The driveway, windows and the bushes and trees are filled in with a marker. (Not fabric). One tree has some zigzag sewing on it. Maybe maker intended to cover marker with fabric or thread?? Selling as unfinished as there is no binding on edges however has a zigzag sewn edge which is coming off in some places (see pictures). There in a spot on it and it has been washed. It is not new and shows appropriate ageing. It will be shipped folded.
