It seems to have been manufactured by Lipton to commemorate the liberalization of tea imports in 1971. A set of 6 made of sterling silver. Comes with two-wire cleaners. It is polished because it had a discoloration peculiar to silver. It doesn't seem to be used. There is damage in the box.
