C S Osborne No 10 Leather Belt Punch. Measuring 4 3/16" long, the cut is 1/4" in diameter, and this weighs 2 1/4 oz unboxed. This is in reasonably good condition and was cleaned. There ain't much in the way of patina other than a little staining. The edge is good and sharp. The striking end is also good. This is a quality tool that will get the job done. A good one for any leather shop for sure!
