Natural Gas Fire Pit Burner
Want to build your own gas Fire Pit? Our Burner Ring is the perfect setup. Pick your size in either standard or High Capacity(
HC
) and drop into a vented non-combustable pit. Connect your gas to the standard NPT fitting and your ready to light. These burners can be connected to Natural or Propane Gas. Burner assembly is constructed from stainless steel that lasts years compared to iron pipe. This setup has easy future upgrade options such as Spark Ignition and Electronic Ignition (see store). This is the burner ring of choice for DIY homeowners and contractors for the last 10 years!
If you are building a fire pit by stacking blocks or stones; when you get to burner desired height add a couple "bridges" (rebar or block) across the opening to rest the burner on top. Then continue to add block/stones to your final top height.
You have built your fire pit, now back fill the pit with lava rocks. Lava rock makes a great backfill because it is inexpensive, allow for drainage, insulate heat, and provides great ventilation. Now place your burner ring directly on top of the lava rocks and top off with your favorite media (fire glass, ceramic fire rocks, lava rocks and or outdoor rated logs.

What else do I need?
You will need the topping of your choice for you to create your display.  The most popular choice is to cover the burner with Fire Glass in your favorite color (2" depth is recommended.  Another popular option is to use lava rock and outdoor gas logs. Search our eBay for these toppings.
