1992 Ed Sullivan Show Syndication Promotional Booklet.
"Produced in Association with NHK, Japan Broadcasting Corp. ’Ed Sullivan Show’ and 'Toast of the Town' (c) 1992 Sofa Entertainment”.
It has 10 glossy pages. Each page measures roughly about 9 inches by 12 inches.
The booklet has dirt, scratches, scuffs,  discoloration, stains, creases, wear, etc. on it.
Most notably, but not limited to: The tips of the corners have become worn. The staples have become discolored.
A roughly 1/4 of an inch by 2 and a 1/2 inch area of the top of the booklet has become bent over. This affects all the pages.
The front and back cover has some little black spots on it.
There is an extremely deep crease that runs diagonally on the last page that goes through to the back cover. It measues roughly about 3 inches long.

Depending on the item it may or may not also have dust, dirt, discoloration, cracks, chips, scratches, stains,  writing from a pen and/or marker, scuffs, coloring loss, rips, splits, nicks, dings and/or dents.
Also I can not be sure these items are in their proper working order as I haven't tested them.
