贾景德（1880—1960），字煜如，号韬园。1880年生于山西泽州府(今晋城市)
的一个书香门第。
父贾作人，1879年（光绪五年）己卯举优贡第一名，旋中本科举人。1889年（光绪十五年）登己丑科进士。当即用知县分发直隶候补，五年未授实缺，弃职还乡。后应聘主讲于汾州府
西河书院。辛亥革命
后，相继出任北洋政府
总统典礼官、约法会议
山西议员、段祺瑞
“安福国会

抗战胜利后，贾景德继续在国民党中央任职。铨叙部长一直任到1948年7月；1945年5月，当选国民党六大中央监察委员；1946年11月，当选制宪国民大会代表和主席团成员；1948年6月，任考试院副院长；1949年3月，加入何应钦内阁，特任行政院副院长。
